Appointments & Cancellations
Cancellation Policy:
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the total treatment cost.
No-shows or cancellations made with no notice will incur a 100% charge of the total treatment cost.
Changes on Arrival:
If you arrive and decide to cancel or remove part of your treatment at the time of your appointment, the full cost will still be charged.
Lateness Policy:
If you arrive late and we are unable to complete your full treatment, you may still be charged 100% of the original appointment cost, depending on the time available.
We understand that life happens, and we’ll always try our best to be understanding — but these policies help protect our team’s time and livelihood.
Treatment Satisfaction & Communication
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please contact us directly within 24 hours. We kindly ask that you do not seek adjustments or corrections elsewhere before reaching out, as this may affect our ability to assess and resolve the issue.
We are more than happy to help and will always aim to reach a fair solution.
Patch Testing & Medical Conditions
Patch tests are required for certain treatments at least 48 hours prior to your appointment (e.g. tinting, lamination, lash lifts).
It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medication that may affect your treatment.
Failure to do so may result in your treatment being cancelled for safety reasons, and may still incur a charge.
Gift Vouchers & Promotions
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless specified.
Missed appointments using a voucher may result in a partial or full forfeit of the voucher value.
Age Restrictions
Certain treatments may have minimum age requirements and may require parental consent. Please contact us if you’re unsure before booking.
