  • Use your nails as jewels, not tools โ€” avoid picking or using them to open items.

  • Book infills every 2โ€“3 weeks to maintain strength and structure.

Donโ€™t:

  • Pick, bite, or peel off enhancements โ€” this can damage your natural nails.

  • Soak in hot baths or saunas for 24 hours post-treatment.

For removals, always book with us for a safe, professional removal.

๐Ÿ‘ฃ Pedicure Treatments (Elim & Gel Polish Toes)

Do:

  • Use a foot file or exfoliator weekly to keep heels smooth.

  • Apply heel balm or a rich foot cream at night.

  • Wear open-toe shoes for a few hours after a gel polish pedicure.

Donโ€™t:

  • Soak feet in water for long periods in the first 24 hours.

  • Pick or peel gel polish โ€“ always return for safe removal.

๐Ÿ‘ Eye Enhancements (Tinting, Lamination, Henna, Lash Lifts)

Do:

  • Keep the area dry for 24โ€“48 hours after tinting or lamination.

  • Brush brows/lashes gently into place daily with a spoolie.

Donโ€™t:

  • Use oil-based products near the treated area.

  • Rub or touch the area excessively.

  • Use heat, saunas, or steam rooms for 48 hours post-treatment.

(Patch test required 48 hours before tint-based treatments.)

๐Ÿ‘ Lash Extensions (Classic, Hybrid, Russian)

Do:

  • Clean lashes daily with a lash cleanser.

  • Brush gently with a clean spoolie.

  • Sleep on your back where possible to prevent lash crush.

Donโ€™t:

  • Use mascara or oil-based products on or near your lashes.

  • Rub your eyes or pull on extensions.

  • Get them wet for the first 24 hours.

Book regular infills every 2โ€“3 weeks for the best retention.

๐ŸŒฟ Massage Treatments (Lava Shell, ESPA, Swedish, Hot Stones)

Do:

  • Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins.

  • Rest and allow your body to absorb the full benefits.

Donโ€™t:

  • Engage in intense physical activity right after treatment.

  • Take hot showers or baths immediately after (especially after deep tissue work).

Do:

  • Apply aloe vera gel or a gentle moisturiser to soothe the area.

  • Wear SPF on treated areas if exposed to sunlight.

Donโ€™t:

  • Use heat (hot baths, saunas) or exercise for 24โ€“48 hours.

  • Wax, pluck, or thread between treatments โ€” shaving only.

Avoid sun exposure and fake tan for 2 weeks before and after each session.

๐Ÿ’†โ€โ™€๏ธ Facial Treatments (ESPA, Dermaplaning, Peels, Microdermabrasion)

Do:

  • Use a gentle cleanser and hydrating moisturiser for 2โ€“3 days.

  • Apply SPF 30+ daily โ€” your skin will be more sensitive to the sun.

  • Avoid makeup for 24 hours if possible.

Donโ€™t:

  • Exfoliate for 3โ€“5 days post-treatment.

  • Use active ingredients like retinol or AHAs unless advised.

โ˜€๏ธ Spray Tanning

Before:

  • Exfoliate and moisturise the day before.

  • Avoid deodorant, perfume, or body lotion on the day.

  • Wear loose, dark clothing.

After:

  • Donโ€™t shower for at least 6โ€“8 hours (or as advised).

  • Avoid sweating or getting wet during the development time.

  • Pat skin dry after showers and moisturise daily to prolong your tan.

โœจ Waxing (Female & Male)

Do:

  • Gently exfoliate 2โ€“3 times a week once redness settles.

  • Apply aloe vera or a soothing cream if needed.

  • Wear loose clothing to avoid irritation.

Donโ€™t:

  • Touch or scratch the area after waxing.

  • Use perfumed products, saunas, or tanning for 24โ€“48 hours.

  • Shave between appointments โ€” stick to waxing for best results
