  • Keep brows completely dry for the first 7 days (no swimming, saunas, steam rooms, facials, or sweating/exercise).

  • Avoid touching, scratching, or picking at scabs/flaking skin — this may pull out pigment and cause patchiness.

  • Brows will appear darker for the first 5–7 days, then may fade or appear patchy. This is completely normal — colour resurfaces as the skin heals over 4 weeks.

  • Do not apply makeup, creams, or oils directly on the brows until fully healed.

  • Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning for at least 4 weeks; once healed, always use SPF 30+ to protect pigment.

  • Healing can vary: mild redness, tenderness, or itching is normal. If signs of infection occur (excessive swelling, pus, or pain), contact your therapist or GP.

  • Your top-up session is essential 8-10 weeks after the first treatment to perfect shape and colour.

Long-Term Care

  • Avoid chemical peels, strong exfoliants, or laser on the brow area, as this may fade pigment.

  • Use SPF daily to slow pigment fading.

  • Colour boosts are usually recommended every 8–18 months to maintain results.
