Elysian Beauty – Salon Policies
At Elysian Beauty, we aim to provide the best possible service for every client. To keep our salon running smoothly, please take a moment to read our policies before booking.
Booking & Confirmation
All appointments must be confirmed through Fresha with up-to-date card details.
Unconfirmed appointments may be cancelled.
Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
No-shows (failure to attend without any notice) will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Lateness
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late and there is not enough time to complete the treatment, this will be treated as a no-show and charged at 100%.
Changes to Bookings
If you are booked for multiple treatments but choose not to have one or more without prior notice, the cancelled treatments will be charged at 100%, as the time has been reserved for you.
Patch Testing
Patch tests are required for the following treatments. These include, but are not limited to: Brow Tint, Hybrid Tint, HD Brows, Lash Lift, Brow Lamination, Korean Lash Lift, Lash Tint, Lash Extensions, Laser Hair Removal, and Micropigmentation.
A patch test is required for Brow Lamination and Lash Lift treatments and must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
A new patch test is required if you are new to the treatment at Elysian Beauty or if it has been over 6 months since your last visit for that treatment.
Clients must ensure they attend their patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment.
Patch test appointments must be booked and attended as stated when booking online.
If you arrive for a treatment without the required patch test, the treatment cannot go ahead.
Arriving without the required patch test will be treated as a no-show, and a 100% fee will be charged.

Children & Guests
To maintain a calm and professional environment, only clients receiving treatments should attend appointments.
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Treatment Concerns & Correction Policies.
If you experience any issues or concerns with your treatment, you must notify Elysian Beauty within 24 hours of your appointment.
We must be given the opportunity to assess the treatment in its original form, without alterations.
Clients must not seek removal, correction, or adjustment from another salon or individual before we have assessed the treatment.
Failure to allow us to view the treatment in its unaltered state may result in us being unable to offer a correction or further support.
Any concerns raised outside the 24 hour timeframe may not be eligible for a complimentary correction.
Liability
While every care is taken, Elysian Beauty cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
We reserve the right to refuse or adapt treatments if we believe it may compromise your health and safety.
